Refund policy

At The Heavenly Trendy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include final sale items, gift cards, and personal-use products (for hygiene reasons).

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer misuse.
